How CAS Works

CAS operates as a dual-control governance loop:

  1. Prevent: CAS Agent Skills enforce architectural constraints directly during coding and refactoring.
  2. Architecture Workflow: Governed flows generate Architecture Work (AW), Architecture Evolution Maps (AEM), and Intent Documents (AID).
  3. Detect & Correct: Alignment Engine flags architectural drift and provides actionable remediation.
