Adr diagram governance refactor 2026 04 22

Refactor the project diagram set to bring diagram frontmatter into compliance with the current diagram governance contract.

Problem

The project diagram set still references aem-ideas-to-life-cas-2026-04-22-v2 and does not include last_verified metadata in frontmatter.

This creates drift between the diagram layer and the currently governed architecture state.

Rationale

The diagram governance blueprint requires diagrams to be:

  1. persistent
  2. traceable
  3. governed
  4. continuously validated

The current diagram set already serves the correct behavioural and structural purpose, but its traceability metadata is incomplete.

Updating the diagram set now will:

  • align diagrams with the current AEM
  • keep diagrams consistent with ADR and system design
  • make future validation deterministic
  • reduce the risk of stale or misleading architectural views

Next Step

  • Update all project diagram frontmatter blocks to reference aem-ideas-to-life-cas-2026-04-22-v3
  • Add last_verified: "2026-04-22" to each diagram frontmatter block
  • Re-run diagram validation against cas-diagram-governance
