Architecture Work is the authoritative source of architectural planning state; generated artifacts must derive planning status from Architecture Work rather than maintaining independent planning state.
Rationale
Multiple governance inconsistencies were detected when AEM maintained roadmap state that diverged from Architecture Work lifecycle and status metadata.
