Decision Status Drives Stage
Description
The lifecycle stage of any architecture item must be derived from its decision status. Items with decision.status != "accepted" must not be marked as DONE.
Rule
- proposed → must map to NEXT or REVIEW
- accepted → may map to DONE
- rejected → must not appear as active
- deferred → must map to FUTURE or DEFER

Rationale
Ensures consistency between decision lifecycle and system state representation. Prevents premature promotion of unvalidated architecture elements.
Example
A pattern with decision.status = "proposed" is marked as NEXT, not DONE.
