Current State Alignment

The system is partially aligned. Core decoupled execution and empirical diagnostic AST extraction are operational, but runtime orchestration pipelines lack formal ADR ratification, planning repositories suffer from placeholder contamination, and business intent schemas remain unratified.

Focus Areas / Roadmap

  • Sanitize Architecture Work repository by pruning placeholder records and recomputing authoritative counters.
  • Draft and ratify the Core Orchestration Pipeline ADR through the Architecture Forum.
  • Conduct Architecture Forum review for pending Pattern Classification Framework and Diagram Governance ADRs.
  • Formulate and standardize the Business Intent JSON schema contract and ingest it into the Alignment Engine.
  • Operationalize the automated 'Detect-Analyse-Execute' governance loop within continuous integration pipelines.
  • Implement AST-based Code Intelligence to cross-reference runtime evidence with target Architecture Intent Documents.

  • Traceability Over Speculation: Every architecture intent assertion must align with empirical code AST evidence and positive boundary isolation.
  • Human Authority: Automated tooling participates through proposal generation, while architects interpret, govern, and ratify.
  • Semantic Contract Integrity: Artifact schemas must strictly prohibit placeholder markers and maintain full schema compliance across lifecycle transitions.
